Getting Things Done

is the book that is changing and has changed my life. David Allen's insights on the nature of "knowledge work" and how to cope with it are very helpful. For the first time in my life my desk is not a disaster and my inbox is manageable. My wife can't believe it. And I've been that way now for more than just a few months. Buy it, read it, and then buy the Outlook plug in on Allen's web site and you'll be cleansing your inbox in no time.
